Tuesday, May 21st, 1946 - Monday, July 6th, 2020
We are sad to announce the passing of Rick Eland in his 75th year, on Monday July 6th 2020, in his home peacefully with his wife by his side.
Rick Eland, beloved husband of 51 years of Lene ( nee Christensen ) Loving father of Louise & Bill ( Jen ) Loving grandfather of Melinda ( Matthew ) & Ryanne (David ) And loving Papa to Emma.
Brother of Colin ( Kathy ) , Ted ( Diane ) & Margaret ( Bill) And sadly missed by his 9 nieces & nephews and also his many great nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents , Edward & Margaret Eland ( nee Taylor )
Respecting Rick’s wishes , there will be no funeral or celebration of life, but as an expression of sympathy , Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated. Arrangements in care of the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Pembroke.
i was very fortunate to have Ricker as my instructor on multiple courses. the man had many ways to get your attention and guide you to achieve your next level in class. Cool guy for sure... god bless you and your family.
