Heb was one of my AI/Assistant PT Instructor, during my posting to CFB Gagetown, from the 1960s to 1974; I was the Senior NCO-IC attached to, 1RCHA at the Base.! Herb was a great PTI & friend; We kept in touch over the years.! May he rest in peace.!
I had the pleasure of working with Herb in sport stores during my Chilliwack tour. We had many discussions on various topics during that time some hilarious some very honest and forthcoming. A straight shooter always around me. God Bless
Sadness at losing yet another fellow tradesman, and our condolences to his family for their loss of him passing.
the greatest thing to hear is his love of family because in the end they are the one’s who are with you and know how important andwho you really are. God Bless
So sad. I knew the man well. We served as a/i's in Gagetown in the sixties, and he drove my wife Joanne to the hospital for the delivery of my son, as I had been posted to Kingston at the time. A man with a great sense of humor and always friendly, I really liked him.
