Judy was born in Oakburn MB on 13 November 1943. At the age of 18 she joined the CF as an Admin Clk 831. She later remustered to PERI 851. During her 15 years of service, she served in Winnipeg MB, Baden Germany, Kingston ON, Shelburne NS and Cornwallis NS. Judy's passion was running. She was a National Champion in Badminton (both doubles and singles) and her loves were music, painting, gardening, cooking, and needle point. Over the past 10 years, Judy took up Golf and guess what became her next passion. After a long and hard battle with cancer, Judy passed away on 20 October 2016. In keeping with her wishes, there will be neither an Obituary published nor a ceremony held.
