Wally was the senior Warrant Officer of the RCAF Recreation Specialist Branch.  After unification in 1968, WO1 Morgan served in CFB Borden and CFB Trenton PE&R Sections. Upon retiring in 1971, he joined the Corps of Commissionaires and was a familiar face at the Trenton AMU until his second retirement a few years later.
