Buster was an RC Sigs NCO who became a PTI in the late 50’s. He served with many units, retiring as an MWO from Lipsett Hall in Winnipeg. On retirement he became the Aquatics Supervisor for the Department of Parks and Recreation in Prince Rupert BC.
