Vic was a former RCASC soldier who took PTI training at the RCS of I in the mid 1950s and became a member of the Army Physical Training Cadre. An avid and excellent soccer player he competed on many Base Teams. He retired as a CWO PERI and was a regular attendee at the annual Dick Allen Golf tournament and subsequent National Reunions in Kingston ON.
