RENAUD, Bob. 1928 – 2005.

Born 28 August 1928 in Hull QC, Bob joined the 3 RCHA in 1953 and remustered to PERI 851 in Apr 1957. During his career he served in Petawawa, Korea (Apr-Dec1954), Debert, Gagetown, Valcartier (2), Citadel (2), Shilo, Moisie, St Jean, RMC and Alert then retired from Kingston in April 1979 as a MWO. Bob and Kit owned and operated a small 27 acre farm near Perth, ON where they raised a few cattle, pigs and chickens, while also working at the Great War Memorial Hospital in Perth. Due to his health, they sold the farm in 1985 and moved to the present address closer to Perth. Bob was a member of the Canadian Association of Veterans in United Nations Peacekeeping, Ottawa Chapter and a 50-year, active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 244, Perth, Ontario.
