Former PERI, Mr. Paul-Émile St-Gelais passed away at the CHU - Hôpital Hôtel-Dieu in Quebec, on May 3, 2018, at the age of 76 years and 11 months. Spouse of Mrs. Gigi Beaulieu, son of the late Mrs. Cédulie Boulianne and the late Mr. Rosario St-Gelais. He lived in Fossambault-sur-le-Lac.
