Bill Was born Feb 1943 in Hamilton, Ontario and attended Number 13 P&RT2 Course Aug-Dec 1965 at the Royal Canadian Navy School of Physical and Recreational Training. He served two tours at Cornwallis and also served at CFB Halifax, CFB Cold Lake, CFS Beausejour and CFB Petawawa. Bill’s last posting was at CFB Winnipeg where he suffered a heart attack.
