Matt was a former WO RecSpec who retired after 23 years of service. He excelled in hockey, fastball and badminton and was also very competent at stilt walking and rope tricks. He was the President of the PEI Branch of the RLSS and Manager of the Summerside Centennial Swimming Pool.
