Schedule of Events

Thursday, July 10th

• If you wish to golf on Thursday, July 10th between 1000-1200hrs please to contact Sonny McLean (343) 333-3430 prior to Friday, June 27th.

• 1700-2000hrs – there will be an informal Meet & Greet at the Garrison Golf Club Outdoor Patio.  The Bunker (Snack Bar) will provide food and drinks until 2000hrs (own expense).

Friday, July 11th

• Foursomes tee-off time between 1100 to1300hrs will be provided in advance by e-mail.

• 1800hrs - Dinner BBQ NY Striploin steak 10oz OR 1/2 chicken OR vegetarian grilled marinated seasonal vegetables served with squash, zucchini and noodles tossed in garlic basil pesto.

• With sides of baked potato with butter & sour cream, sautéed mushrooms, corn on the cob, mixed greens with vinaigrette, coleslaw, buns and butter, dessert, coffee and tea.

• 1930hrs – MC to announce the Celebration of Life

• Prizes for the 4 x Par 3s - Closest to the hole.

• Draw of 50/50 and Draws of 3 x $100.00

• DO NOT BRING A PRIZE AS THERE WILL BE NO DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES.

3. Golf Day

• The golf will take place at CFB Kingston GG & CC.

• Green fee and Dinner $75.00 for non-member, Dinner $30.00 for GG&CC members.

• Reciprocal agreement does not apply for this tournament.

• Power Cart $25.00 per person - must be paid in advance and send with your registration form.  No cost for the GG&CC member with a power cart package however, must request on the registration form.

• Rental clubs are available at the Pro Shop.

• Proper golf dress code is in effect (no jeans, shirt must have a collar and shoes with soft spike).

1. Closing date for Registration is Friday, June 27th.

2. Registration will be finalize upon receiving your registration form and payment.
