2. Schedule of Events
Thursday 25 July 2019 at CFB Kingston Garrison Golf and Curling Club
1800hrs Meet & Greet and Registration. Finger food available at $15.00 per/person (included if you purchase the meal package).Informal Golf will be available at the GG&CC for those reunion personnel who wish to play.Please contact Sonny McLean in advance for tee-off reservations between 1000-1200hrs. (Individuals will be responsible to pay for their own green fee and power cart).
Friday 26 July 2019 at CFB Kingston Garrison Golf and Curling Club
Golf day at the CFB Kingston GG&CC – Shotgun start at 0900hrs (number required is 72). Less than 72 golfers the first tee-off time will be at 0900hrs.Participants are asked to arrive early to register, pick-up power cart (if applicable) and depart for their assigned holes prior to 0845hrs.
Friday 26 July 2019 at the Italo-Canadian Club, 1174 Italia Lane, Kingston
1830hrs Opening Ceremony. All Reunion personnel are asked to arrive prior to 1815hrs. 1900hrs Dinner and Dance Cost $40.00 per/person (included if you purchase the meal package).P.S. The Bar at the Italo-Canadian Club is “CASH ONLY” (an ATM is available).

0900hrs Farewell Breakfast Buffet will be available at $15.00 per/person (included if you purchase the meal package).

INDIVIDUAL MEALS THAT MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE REGISTRATION FORM
If you are not purchasing the Meal Package you must indicate on the Registration form which individual meal you will attend. This is to ensure you have a table setting and meal reservation.

4. Golf
Thursday 25 July 2019 for anyone interested in golfing between 1000-1200 hrs you must contact the OPI Sonny McLean.
Friday 26 July 2019 the Reunion golf day will take place at CFB Kingston GG&CC.

7. Registration
Closing date for Registration is 12 July 2019
Registration will only be finalized upon receipt of a registration form and appropriate payment.

If cancellation is required it must be prior to 18 July 2019 and a 75% refund will be returned (no refunds after that date).
