This is a UPTAKES course we organized and ran while in Shilo. We had no idea we were working ourselves out of work. The regiment had 4 Btys and we were 2 Cpl’s doing all the classes plus 10 troops of 40 for the RCA Battle school plus plus ... so we thought by running these courses they could handle basic warm ups and training principles to ease the load off the two PERI’s in the floor as the other was sport stores and Arena and Express . . . we had a small staff.
