Write your story here or tell: To be honest, COVID 19 is not having a great affect on most of us in Angus/Borden area. Yes the Base is shut down so I can't play squash or use the weight room but I have a concept 2 rowing machine and weights in my basement and the trails along the Nottawasaga river are in great shape. Furthermore the cool dry spring has meant that there are no bugs yet so we have been walking for either one or two hours every day in addition to the rowing and weights. As neither of us are working we have lots of time to enjoy our workouts. eat well adn relax in the evening with a movie. Life is great.
