As my oldest son is at Borden and I went to the museum a few weeks ago and there it was flying proud, thank you George for this wonderful gift.

Branch Flag Donation

Further development regarding the donation of my Branch flag to a suitable recipient. Having first sought response from CFB Borden Military Museum, and now having received the following reply:...”would be honoured to display your Physical Education & Recreation Instructor’s Flag, on a flag pole inside the Museum, with the other unit flags that we have in the museum now,” it is my intention to donate our branch flag to Base Borden Military Museum.

Thanks all of you who offered possible choices, including, the PERI Scope for contest purposes. Thank you “Skip” for suggesting the museum.

So, if you should visit Base Borden, drop into the museum and pause a quiet moment of reflection, while viewing our Branch Flag.

Again, thanks to all and a Happy New Year!

Great job George. I'm sure the flag will be seen by many old timers with fond memories. Publishing a photo is a also a great idea.
